PURPOSE:To prevent a power breaker from cutting off oven if a plurality of electric equipments is connected to the same power supply by detecting the total power consumption of a specific power system by a master controller, and outputting a priority signal of load to the same power system when there is the priority signal in the power system. CONSTITUTION:When a facsimile uses a fixed heater, an electric equipment 4 detects the total power consumption or a signal of surplus power Ws and a priority signal through a power system 1 (step S1). In case it can be used, such an indication that copy is available is made (S2), driving the heater to copy. (S3, S4, S5). While, in case it can't be used (S1), such an indication that copy is not available is made on an operation board of the facsimile by means of an LED element and the like (S6). In case the power is not available during the single-copy operation, the copy is carried on without turning the heater ON, and detection as to whether or not the power is available is made again.
