The grab has a first arm (2) with tip (3), fixed to the grab body (1), and a second grab arm (4) with tip (5), which is fastened moveable to the body and loaded by a shape-memory actuator (10). A spring (12) engages between the pivot point (6) of the moveable arm and its tip, to move the moveable tip against the fixed tip. The actuator engages in the same point, to act against the spring to open the grab. The fixed points of spring and actuator are adjustable in force acting direction, relative to the main grab body.
