PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive pad comprising a laminated body of a foam material layer having shock absorbing effect and a nonwoven fabric as a base sheet to be usable for preventing a blister under a shoe, or protecting a lesion of a corn, a callus, a wart, or the like. SOLUTION: This adhesive pad comprises a foam material layer 1, a cloth layer 2, and an adhesive layer laminated in this order, and the foam material layer 1 is partly embedded in the cloth layer 2, preferably. Weight of the cloth layer 2 is preferably 70 g/m2. On one surface of cloth, emulsion of foam liquid including bubbles is applied to be dried to form the foam material layer 1, and on the other cloth surface of the foam material layer formed surface, the adhesive layer 3 is formed. The adhesive pad can thus be obtained.
