PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a pierced earring from dropping off an earlobe capable of securely inserting/pulling a pierced earring into/out of an earlobe and preventing the pierced earring from dropping off the earlobe. SOLUTION: This device has a dropping preventive member 15, presser bodies 21, 24 with a curved surface 20, concave parts 231, 233, etc., to be engaged with the curved surface 20 of the presser bodies 21, 24. The dropping preventive member 15 is extended in the extension direction of a shaft part 12 and connected rotatably to the end of the shaft part 12 so that it is bent in the crossing direction with the shaft part 12. The presser bodies 21, 24 pressed by a spring 22 are mounted in the dropping preventive member 15 on the side of the connection part with the shaft part 12. The concave parts 235, 233, etc., can be engaged with the curved surface 20 of the presser bodies 21, 24 when the dropping preventive member 15 is extended in the extension direction of the shaft part 12 and also when the dropping preventive member 15 is bent in the crossing direction with the shaft part 12.
