PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply fine machining to a workpiece composed of a magnetic substance apt to form spontaneous magnetization. SOLUTION: A demagnetizing mechanism 12 is provided to form structure of demagnetizing a workpiece 15 and machined powder (polished powder) produced from the workpiece 15 during machining action. Coagulation of the polished powder caused by magnetization can be prevented, and bonding of the workpiece 15 and polished powder can be prevented to solve a problem that a polished surface is flawed by the coagulated powder. |
