<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device having comparatively fewer parts and capable of being attached easily and firmly fixed on a mounting member such as a counter and a panel. SOLUTION: This mounting device 10 is provided with a pedestal 12 which comes into contact with a surface side of a mounting member 11 provided with a mounting hole 11a and can attach a functional means 19, a backing seat 13 in contact with a rear surface side of the mounting member 11, and a tightening means tightening and fixing the pedestal 12 and the backing seat 13 through a connection member 14. The backing seat 13 is provided with an attitude control means which allows the backing seat 13 to be inserted into the mounting hole 11a from a surface side in an inclination condition while the connection member 14 is inserted into the backing seat 13 and determines a mounting position of the backing seat 13 for the connection member 14 in an orthogonally crossing condition between the backing seat 13 and the connection member 14.</p> |
