PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight while keeping the tensile rigidity by forming radial openings from a projection-shaped apex. SOLUTION: A number of projetions 2 projecting in the same direction are regularly and uniformly arranged on a reinforcing plate for panel, made of aluminium alloy. For example, four openings 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d of equal size are radially formed on a side face of the projection 2 symmetrically with respect to an apex 4. By applying the reinforcement plate 1 for panel having this structure, the tensile rigidity is not uniformly borne by the whole side face of the projections 2 but by several parts radially extended from the apexes 4 of the projections 2 and existing at random. That is, the magnitude of the tensile rigidity of the projecting parts 2 hardly reduces even when the tensile rigidity is borne only by the supporting parts 5a-5d by forming the radial openings 3a-3d.
