PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a good three-dimensional image by integrating in series ranges of a plurality of image data mutually different in data obtaining methods and setting opacity through the whole integrated range, when setting the opacity used for calculation of a volume rendering. SOLUTION: A plurality of image data different in category are integrated, such as B mode image data and CFM image data that are stored in an image memory 146 and different in data obtaining methods using an image data integrating unit 482 in an image processor to structure a new three-dimensional data space, and a new three-dimensional data space is structured. A volume rendering unit 448 forms a three-dimensional image from the image data in a three-dimensional space using respective set data of an opacity setting unit 484 for setting a function characteristic of opacity for volume rendering and a sight line setting unit 486 for setting a plurality of sight lines passing across the three-dimensional data space having the integrated image data.
