Multi-layer plastic pipe has: (a) at least one layer of a polyolefin molding material; (b) at least one layer of a polyester molding material; and (c) at least one intermediate bonding layer with reactive groups. The polyester molding material is in a compound with two or more carbodiimide groups, carboxylic acid anhydride groups, maleic imide groups or oxazine groups.
