A mechanical component, to be heated by thee internal circulation of a fluid, in which a powder is brought, arranged in a container, to a high temperature and high pressure, is fabricated by hot isostatic compression. The process includes a previous stage of introducing at least one hollow insert into the powder so it emerges from one part or other of the container. A stage for the elimination of the insert by mechanical, erosion or chemical dissolution and a cutting stage following fabrication is also applied. The mechanical component that can be heated by the internal circulation of a fluid and fabricated by the hot isostatic compression method is also claimed.
