PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic element device which can be easily shared. SOLUTION: An electronic element device is equipped with a connection terminal which relays an electronic power, a base pad 8 mounted on a board 7, and an electronic element 1 with an electrode, where the electronic element 1 is mounted on the base pad 8 so as to electrically connect the connection terminal to its electrode, and the electronic element 1 is mounted on the base pad 8 in a freely detachable manner, and a track 4 is engaged with the end of the electronic part 1 to enable the electronic element 1 to turn freely.
