PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measuring device for Schenkel type DC high- voltage power supply, capable of precisely detecting the output voltage of power supply without distortions, using a capacitor pickup electrode. SOLUTION: A cylindrical capacitor pickup electrode 30, having the same diameter as those of electrodes for AC high-frequency voltage supply, is mounted so as to coaxially surround a high-voltage terminal 205 disposed next to the end of a Schenkel electrode train 202 on a high potential side. The output voltage of a power source obtained between the high-voltage terminal 205 and the ground is measured through a capacitor voltage-dividing circuit, constituted of an electrostatic capacity between the capacitor pickup electrode 30 and a tank 1 and electrostatic capacity between the capacitor pickup electrode 30 and the high-voltage terminal 205.
