A single use disposable mold is used for making balustrades or other building components. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) A kit for manufacturing balustrades has the above molds, a mold for a base, a mold for a handrail and a ready mixed moldings material; (b) A balustrade, etc is manufactured by filling the above mold with aggregates, binders and water, leaving it to harden and breaking a frangible zone of the mold just prior to installing the balustrade on site; (c) A balustrade is made using the above mold.
