<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which a plurality of people in charge cope with an electronic mail from a user through cooperation. SOLUTION: The electronic mail system comprises a window mail box 1 that consists of an electronic mail reception means 2, of a storage means 3 that stores a message identifier and an address of a user mail box, of a registration means 4 that registers an address of a receptionist mail box, of a transmission means 5 that transmits a received mail to a user mail box and the receptionist mail box that is registered, of a control means 6 including a confirmation section 6-1 that confirms a sender on the basis of the registration means and including a setting section 6-2 that stores a message identifier recorded in the mail and a user address related to the identifier in response to the confirmation result to set a transmission destination and a return destination and comprises a receptionist mail box 7 that has a means to set a reply destination on the basis of the message identifier.</p> |
