An eccentric gear (10) has a drive-side rotating cam (26) with a crown gear (21) having two adjacent teeth (22,23). One tooth intermeshes with support tooth (24) in the housing. The second tooth intermeshes with the drive output gear (25). The rigid crown gear is especially eccentric but rotates upon the drive input shaft.
