PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact durability and feeling. SOLUTION: The intermediate layer 3 of the multilayed golf ball of >=4 layers composed of at least >=1 layer of a core, an enclosing layer 2 covering this core 11, the intermediate layer 3 coating this enclosing layer 2 and at least >=1 layer of a cover 4 is formed of a rubber composition composed of 1,4-cis-polybutadiene as a chief material and the enclosing layer 2 consists of a resin material as a chief material. The hardness difference in the boundary part between the enclosing layer 2 and the intermediate layer 3 is specified within±3 in JIS-C hardness.
