PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making piping support metal fitting which is height-adjustable by rotating screw rods, excellent in mounting workability and mass productivity, manufacturable without increasing the cost so much, and sufficiently strong. SOLUTION: This support metal fitting comprises screw rods raised on a base part 1 in laterally juxtaposed state, pipe grasping pate 3 arranged vertically between the screw rods 2, and at least the lower pipe grasping plate 3 is constituted so that the screw rods 2 are arranged through mount hole parts 4 provided at the ends, and supported and retained by nuts 5 threadedly engaged with the screw rods 2. In this case, the screw rods 2 are raised rotatably to the base part 1, and detents 6 for locking the nuts 5 thrededly engaged with the screw rods 2 relative to the screw rods 2 are provided on the lower pipe grasping plate 3.
