摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To agitate gaseous ozone even in an environment of highly corrosive ozone by generating an ion wind by applying voltage between plural electrodes disposed in a chamber to agitate the gaseous ozone by this ion wind, when the gaseous ozone is agitated in the chamber where a subject to be sterilized is housed. SOLUTION: An ozone sterilization device for sterilizing the subject to be sterilized in the chamber 1 using the gaseous ozone is constituted of a chamber 1, an ozonizer 2, plural electrodes 3, 4 and a DC high voltage power source 5. When DC high voltage is applied between the electrodes 3, 4 from the power source 5, the ion wind is generated between the electrodes 3, 4 to agitate the gaseous ozone in the chamber 1 by this ion wind. The ozone concentration in the chamber 1 is monitored by an ozone concentration metal 13, and the ozonizer 2 and a pump 10 are controlled so that the ozone concentration is kept constant. When the ozone concentration becomes a fixed reference value or lower, the application of the voltage to the electrodes 3, 4 is stopped to end sterilization work.
