HYDRAULIC CONTROL DEVICE AND CUTTER DRIVING CONTROL DEVICE FOR TUNNEL EXCAVATOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide control method and device for a cylinder which is changed over in pushing and pulling motions without applying shock to structural parts such as the cylinder and a crank. SOLUTION: A cylinder 9 composes a driving jack whose base end is connected to a cutter driving means. A crankshaft 15 of a crank 14 is connected to a tip of a piston rod 10 of the cylinder 9. The rotation of the crankshaft 15 is transmitted to a cam mechanism having desired cam shape. A spool 8 of a directional control valve 100 is driven along the cam shape for controlling pushing and pulling of the cylinder 9. Changeover of pushing and pulling of the cylinder 9 can be smoothly performed by the cam mechanism without shock.
