PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparative method for nanocomposite material of conductive polymer having conductivity >=10-1 S/cm comprising a lamella silicate having interlayer distance >=50Å. SOLUTION: This nanocomposite material of conductive polymer is obtain in a preparative method comprising (a) a process forming a reaction mixture comprising water, aniline monomer, a proton acid, an oxidizing agent and an acid treated lamella silicate or a lamella silicate inserted with polyethylene glycol and (b) a polymerization process to carry out an oxidation polymerization of the reaction mixture to form the nanocomposite material of a conductive polymer having lamella silicate dispersed in polyaniline polymer matrix.
