PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan to promote a healthy society by spreading a dripping of grilled meat and a dressing without adding food additives, having good palatability with low calories and without containing fat and oil and a thickener, imparted with viscosity by bringing the dripping or the dressing to contain konjak flour, which is flour from bulbs of konjak, or purified glucomannan. SOLUTION: A dripping for grilled meat and dressing containing glucomannan which is a main ingredient of konjak, having good palatability with imparted viscosity owing to glucomannan without using oil and fat and a thickener, having low calorie and containing no food additives are produced from konjak flour or purified glucomannan and other food materials by using a food equipment and popularized to the public.
