PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly attach a duct for storing wiring into a switchboard and to outstandingly strengthen a mounting strength after attachment. SOLUTION: This fixing tool comprises a male mold body A comprising an insertion locking portion A1 having a sawtooth like portion 2 longitudinally arranged and formed along a plurality of tooth pieces 2a, 2a and a stopper formed at a tip end of the insertion locking portion A; and a female mold body B provided with a generation part 6 to be inserted to which the insertion locking portion A1 is insertable and a part 7 to be engaged which is formed at the inside of the penetration part 6 to be inserted and in which tooth pieces 7a, 7a to be engaged engageable with each other tooth piece 2a of the sawtooth like part 2 are arranged and formed.
