PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a game board. SOLUTION: A start hole 15 is provided in the front face of a game board 2. The start hole 15 formed of a transparent synthetic resin material has a grooved recess 25 in a bed plate 20, where a colored nontransparent paint 26 is filled. In such a structure, the bed plate 20 produces visual effect such as three-dimensional configuration and the contour of a through-hole 14 is hidden by the paint 26, therefore improving the appearance of the game board 2.
