PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable idling even at an early stage of starting an internal combustion engine at the time of starting the internal combustion engine on a drive device of a snow mobile in a cold area. SOLUTION: This device is furnished with a cooling water jacket 149 formed on an internal combustion engine 18, a cooling water pump 51 to work interlocked with the internal combustion engine 18, a cooling water passage 154 formed on a cooled body 153 and a cooling water circuit 148 formed by connecting a heat exchanger 152. A change-over valve 163 to connect a by-pass passage by-passing the heat exchanger 152 to the cooling water circuit 148, to allow circulation of cooling water 147 in the cooling water circuit 148 at the time when the cooling water 147 is higher than specified temperature and to allow passing of the cooling water 147 in the by-pass passage 162 by regulating passing of the cooling water 147 in the heat exchanger 152 at the time when the cooling water 147 is lower than the specified temperature is provided.
