TOUCH PANEL

PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to form a uniform potential line between electrodes by changing a shape of a transparent conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent conductive film(12) is formed on a lower face of an upper substrate(11). An upper electrode(13) is formed in a lower face of the first transparent conductive film. A lower substrate(12) is faced to the upper substrate. A second transparent conductive film is formed on an upper face of the lower substrate. A lower electrode(14) is formed on an upper face of the second transparent conductive film. A dot space(17) maintains an interval between the upper/lower substrates. A flexible printed cable(18) feeds a power by electrically connecting with the upper/lower electrodes.
