PURPOSE: A method for making rubber packing having a circular section is provided to improve reliability of goods, to perform automation of the process of making rubber packing, to improve productivity, and to reduce fraction defective. CONSTITUTION: A method for making rubber packing(100) having a circular section is composed of processes of putting rubber material in the molding space formed to a metal mold frame and molding a rubber pipe(120), having the inside penetrated, to make rubber packing by hot pressurized molding, connecting the molded pipe to a cutting device(200) and operating and cutting into a unit ring body having a square section, and grinding the ring body to have a circular section after connecting the ring body(110) cut to a grinding attachment(300). The rubber pipe is a circular polygon. Therefore the essential function can be smoothly performed and the productivity is improved.
