PURPOSE: A plasma display device is provided to protect a circuit substrate by shielding the heat emission and the electrowave produced from the circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display device comprises a rear substrate, a plasma display panel, a circuit substrate(50), and a shield member(60). The shield member(60) is installed on the outside face to emit a heat produced from the circuit substrate(50) and shield the electrowave. The shield member(60) comprises the first shield member(61) and the second shield member(62). The first and the second shield member(61, 62) is formed at predetermined intervals.
