HIGH-SPEED FILLET WELDER

PURPOSE: A high-speed fillet welder is provided to reduce a welding time with high quality by welding a steel structure at high speed more than 2m/min. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed fillet welder comprises a motor(20), a rotary cam(30) and a slide block(50). The motor generates rotary power on the outer side of a slide torch(15), and the rotary cam is installed in the end of the rotary shaft of the motor. The slide block in the slide torch forms a through hole(55) passing a welding wire(5) through the center and vibrating the welding wire by the rotation of the rotary cam through a connecting pin(40). Thus, the fillet welder welds a bonding face of a steel structure without a welding trouble.
