CONSTITUTION: The car information detecting member(10) detects a state information generated from each part of a driving vehicle and outputs an electric sign. The control member(20) analyzes the information of a road surface from the state information, controls the actuator(30) of a semi-active suspension system connected with a rear wheel car shaft, and regulates a damping force. The displaying member(40) represents the regulated damping force state and the state information of the semi-active suspension system.
