PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for cutting out printed matters are provided to easily tear off a sticker from a release paper by cutting a print paper leaving the release paper. CONSTITUTION: In a method for cutting out printed matters according to the printed size after editing the unit printed matters in a computer and printing at once, the method for cutting out printed matters includes the steps of arranging a plurality of unit cutters(20) manufactured to fit the size and the shape of unit printed matters in the inside of a frame(10) equal to the arrangement of several unit printed matters on the computer, and putting the frame on the reciprocating table of the cutter cutting printed matter by one piece and aligning with the position of the printed matter for cutting the printed matter.
