PURPOSE: A producing device for a torsion reinforcing pipe is provided to enhance the shear strength and the supporting strength of the pipe for efficiently coping with outer impact and intentional breakage. CONSTITUTION: A device for producing a torsion reinforcing pipe contains a pipe making device sequentially forming a steel plate transferring roller(21), a spherical roller, a groove roller(23) and many molding rollers(24). A molding frame(10) is installed in the device near the pipe making device and an elongated hole(11) is drilled on the circumference of the molding frame in the diagonal direction. Further, the molding frame forms many drive pressing wheels(12) inserted into the elongated hole and axially installed in the device by a pin(13). Therefore, the pipe is strong against outer impact and intentional breakage with the little frictional coefficient of the drive pressing wheels.
