PURPOSE: An X-ray detecting panel is provided to increase the size of the output signal by minimizing a parasite capacitor produced between the n-1th gate bus line and the n-th charge collection electrode. CONSTITUTION: The X-ray detecting panel includes a charge collection electrode(24). The charge collection electrode(24) is overlapped to the n-th gate bus line(gn) with a constant distance and separated to the n-1th gate bus line(gn-1) with a constant distance. In the X-ray detecting panel, when driving the n-1th gate bus line(gn), a variation of pixel voltage is decreased and when driving the n-1th gate bus line(gn), a variation of pixel voltage is increased, and so the size of the output signal is increased. Preferably, the charge collection electrode(24) and the n-th gate bus line(gn) are overlapped, whereas the charge collection electrode(24) and the n-1th gate bus line(gn-1) are not overlapped.
