PURPOSE: A phase shifter of a semiconductor device is provided to minimize an insertion loss signal and reduce a size of circuit by using a couple of switch circuit for controlling a filter combination circuit including two filters. CONSTITUTION: An input portion(10) is used for receiving a signal. An output portion(20) is used for outputting the signal. A high pass filter(40) receives the signal from the input portion(10), extracts a high frequency component from the received signal, and the extracted frequency component to the output portion(20). A low pass filter(30) is used for passing a low frequency component. The first filter switch(50) is used for transmitting the signal of the input portion(10) to the low pass filter(30). The second filter switch(55) is used for transmitting the output signal of the low pass filter(30) to the output portion(20).
