PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tail end pressure controller for controlling the multipoint tail end pressures of a multipoint injection type water service pipe network. SOLUTION: The tail end pressure controller 10 is provided with a tail end pressure collecting means 11 which collects the result value of each tail end pressure measuring spot m1-m5 and a tail end pressure target value setting means 12 which sets a target value. An equipment to be operated specifying means 14 compares the result value with the target value at each tail end pressure measuring spot m1-m5, and specifies a tail end pressure measuring spot to be controlled, and specifies equipment having any influence on the specified tail end pressure measuring spot based on the setting of an equipment in charge setting means 13. A discharge pressure target value calculating means 16 calculates the discharge pressure target value of the equipment based on the specified tail end pressure measuring spot and equipment, deviation between the result value and target value of the tail end pressure at the tail end pressure measuring spot, and the relation between the quantity of pressure change of the equipment stored in an discharge pressure influence data base 15 and the quantity of pressure change at the tail end pressure measuring spot.
