摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a high density mounting or miniaturization and perform the mounting of an optical part in the same manner as the mounting of an electric part by providing a fine protruding barrier wall on the surface of an optical substrate. SOLUTION: A columnar conductive guide for taking the electric connection with an optical part such as laser beam emitting element is formed on the peripheral part of a mirror 3 so as to extend through an optical substrate. The columnar conductive guide is connected to electric wiring 10-13 formed on a substrate 9. In the parts 4a-7a where the columnar conductive guides are exposed to the optical substrate surface, fine protruding barrier walls 15 are formed so as to surround the guides. The recessed part partitioned by the barrier walls 15 is formed so that the terminal of the optical part can be stored without any force and soldered. When the form of the protruding barrier wall 15 is made similar to that of the terminal of the optical part, the movable range of the terminal is limited. Accordingly, the optical axis of the emitted laser can be precisely conformed to the optical axis of an optical waveguide 3 and firmly fixed, and the electric conduction with the electric wiring can be performed as occasion demands.
