PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a mold for an anisotropic conductive sheet having difficult-to-peel non-magnetic parts excellent in durability, capable of reducing a plated layer formation time. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, mask members 76 impossible for copper plating are formed on small magnetic pole parts 78. Thereby, the mask members 76 on the small magnetic pole parts 78 can prevent adhesion of copper plating onto the small magnetic pole parts 78 when non-magnetic parts are formed in recessed parts by the copper plating. Because the copper plating not adhering onto the small magnetic pole parts 78 is used for filling the recessed parts, the recessed parts can be filled with copper plating layers 82 without thickening the copper plating layers 82.
