<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in a display grade caused by external light reflection. SOLUTION: The color display device 1 includes plural phosphors 3 which discretely emit light and color filters 5 having plural spectral cells 4. The spectral cells 4 and the respective phosphors 3 correspond one to one to each other. The respective spectral cells 4 are arranged to face the phosphors 3 by opening spacings. The spacing d between the phosphors 3 and the spectral cells 4 are preferably >=1/4 of the width W of the spectral cells 4 and is further preferably more than half the width W of the spectral cells 4. As a result, the color display device 1 is capable of suppressing the degradation in the display grade occurring in the external light reflection.</p> |
