PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holder allowing batteries having different output voltage to be used in one arrangement while such inconveniences are cerrainly precluded as over-voltage, mixed use, or opposite connections. SOLUTION: This holder includes a common storage part 11 for a high- potential battery (B1) and low-potential battery (B2) and a low-potential battery storage part 12. The common storage part 11 is furnished at the two ends with a positive electrode terminal 11a and negative electrode terminal 11b to be connected with the two electrodes (17) and (18) of the low-potential battery B2 and a side terminal 11c to be connected with the electrode 2 of the high- potential battery B1. The low-potential battery storage part 12 is furnished at the two ends with a positive electrode terminal 12a and negative electrode terminal 12b to be connected with the two electrodes (17) and (18) of the low- potential battery (B2). Different polar terminals 11b and 12a of the common storage part 11 and low-potential battery storage part 12 are connected with each other through a connection part 15.
