PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable occasional change of contents and to enable mounting and dismounting, without special techniques by utilizing a flexible magnetic plate material and sticking the same to a suitable place of a car body of an automobile by magnetic force. SOLUTION: Attachment and detachment type advertisement and propaganda medium utilizing the flexible magnetic plate material is utilized and is stuck to the suitable place of the car body of the automobile by magnetic force, for example, a door of the car, by which advertisement and propaganda are made possible. Since the medium is freely attachable and detachable and does not mar the automobile, and therefore, an employee's privately-owned car can be used as a company car. Furthermore, the attachment and detachment type advertisement and propaganda medium utilizing the flexible magnetic plate material may be detached and put away in the employee's private time, and therefore, all the members of the company may be united to make business. In order to prevent the fall at the time of high-speed traveling, the circumferential of the medium is stopped by transparent tapes or hooked to a window frame, etc., by means of hook type wires. When the medium is utilized with an outdoor installed signboard, the free and easy replacement, etc., of the advertisement and propaganda board, even at an elevated place such as a building are made possible.
