A turning performance improved flex inline skate is provided to improve steering and turning of the inline skate by restraining a turning angle of a separate frame with respect to a travel direction. The flex inline skate includes a boot(30), a frame(50) installed on a bottom of the boot, plural wheels(70,70a) rotatably supported to the frame, a separate frame(60) rotatively supporting any one of plural wheels, a bearing mounted on the boot or the frame, a center shaft connected to the separate frame and bearing for horizontally turning the separate frame with respect to a travel direction, and a turning angle restraining member for restraining a turning angle of the separate frame. The separate frame is inclinedly disposed in a forward direction.
