PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase operability by turning a rudder lever to turn a first lever, thereby turning the second lever through a link member, resulting in turning a rudder shaft. SOLUTION: A rudder shaft 9 is supported rotatably about a shaft center through a bracket 7 at a center of a stern 5 of a hull 2. An electric drive unit 10 including a propeller 13 is installed at a bottom end of the rudder shaft 9. A small shaft 21 is erected from a support plate 20 mounted on a port side 19 of the hull 2. A sleeve 22 provided vertically on a bottom end of a handle body 14 of a rudder lever 11 is pivotally supported by the small shaft 21. One end of a first lever 23 is journalled to a bottom end of the sleeve 22. One end of a second lever 32 is journalled to the rudder shaft 9. Both ends of a link member 31 are pivotally mounted on the other end of the second lever 32 and the other end of the first lever 23 respectively.
