PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin film or sheet excellent in adhesiveness and printability. SOLUTION: A polyolefin film or sheet comprises a copolymer consisting of an olefin macromonomer (A), (meth)acrylic ester (B) and a polymerizable monomer (C) having at least one kind of a functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an amide group, a nitrile group, an epoxy group and an insocyanate group. A layer comprising a copolymer of which the glass transition temp. is 0 deg.C or higher is laminated on a polyolefin film or sheet layer.
