PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely remove an adhered material such as shellfish or the like stuck on a column part of a submerged building without increase of cost and easily collect it so as not to impart any adverse influence to the natural environment. SOLUTION: This removing tool is provided with a plurality of annular bodies 11 to be wound around a column part A and a floating body 20 floating on water to keep each annular body 11 in a specified position, and a removing part 12 rubbing the outer peripheral face of the column part A to scale off the adhered material is formed at the inner peripheral side of each annular body 11. Further, a bag body 40 is attached to the annular body 11 of the lowermost end through an air bag 50, In this way, the adhered material scalled off can be collected by the bag body 40. When gas is filled into the air bag 50 through a hose 51, a connection string 42 which has connected the air bag 50 and the circular body 11 is torn off by the expansion pressure of the air bag 50 and the bag body 40 afloat on water, by the buoyancy of the air bag 50, can be easily collected from the water face.
