PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of handling and to stock for a long period without damaging a wide document such as a catalog or the like, by arranging a filing surface plate made of a synthetic resin, filing rings made of the resin, a document containing holder plate made of the resin or the like. SOLUTION: Filing rings 2 made of a synthetic resin are mounted at a filing surface plate 1 made of the resin, and a document containing holding plate 3 made of the resin is mounted at the rings 2. A wide document 28 is contained in the plate 3 to contribute to a stock arrangement, the document is perforated by a stapler, and the document is filed to eliminate its drop and separation. A backbone paper plate 9, a rear cover plate 10, a coupling holding plate 11 and a front cover plate 12 are connected to a small width plate 4 through first to fourth folding lines 5 to 8, and the plate 1 is formed. Thus, deformations or the like of the filed and held document 28 and another document are prevented and a damage of the document 28 or the like is prevented for a long period.
