PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the precast fishpass block for various kinds of fish which can be easily constructed as a civil engineering work and which is hardly broken. SOLUTION: Baffle materials 2a, 2b constituted of a rectilinear baffle material 3 arranged almost parallel to the longitudinal direction of the concrete block and inclined baffle materials 4, 4 turned from one side of the longitudinal direction of the rectilinear baffle material to the other side and connecting one side end to the rectilinear baffle material and inclining the other side to the direction separating from the rectilinear baffle material so as to position at both sides of the rectilinear baffle material are formed integrally with the concrete block at the internal bottom face of the concrete block having a substantially U-shaped section and a specified length. The other end of the inclined baffle material is separated from the inside face of the side wall of the concrete block.
