PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which a valve body and a cap can be made smaller. SOLUTION: Pressure reducing valves Ga, Gb are assembled in a spool hole 54 and are positioned at both the sides of a spool 55. Pilot chambers 60a, 60b are formed between these pressure reducing valves Ga, Gb and a spool end. Proportional solenoids 58a, 58b are coaxially provided on the pressure reducing valves Ga, Gb assembled in a spool hole 54. The spool hole 54 is closed by these proportional solenoids 58a, 58b.
