PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression bag which has a bag body in which three sides of two rectangular sheets are welded together and the other side is opened so as to be hermetically sealable and the contents are kept in a vacuumized state and housed in a storage space such as a closet or the like even in either case of a stacked state or a suspended state and the hanging strength is enhanced when housed in the suspended state. SOLUTION: One or more extension straps 22 are extended from one of welded sides of a bag body 2. The strap 22 is provided with a hanging tool constituted of a pair of clamping plates 1a, pinching the strap from the both sides and a hanging hook 11 provided at the center of the top of the clamping plates 1a, 1b. A plurality of projections 14 are formed on the inside face of one 1a of the clamping plates and recesses 15 to which the projections 14 are detachably fit through the strap 22 so as not to slip off are formed in the other plate 1b.
