PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a necessary minimum recording ink to a recording medium and to suppress dribbling or the like, by allowing the ink existing on a surface of a ball tip and its periphery to flow out by rotating the tip, and keeping the tip from the ink. SOLUTION: An ink jet recorder (top plate) 3 is provided in a support member (housing) 4 as an ink discharge means for fixing an ink 2 to a ball 1. To fix the ink 2 discharged from the recorder 2 to the ball 1, the ink 2 is necessary to be always brought into contact with the ball 1. The ball 1 is held at an end of the member 4 to be rotatable in an arbitrary direction. The member 4 is also a holding member of the recorder 3 therein, thereby holding a suitable interval to the ball 1 for stably fixing the ink. The ink 2 discharged from the recorder 3 is fixed to the ball 1, rotated as the ball 1 is moved and introduced onto a recording medium.
