SHIELDING MEMBRANE COMPRISING MOLDING FUNCTIONAL DRUG AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a shielding membrane comprising a molding functional drug and a preparation method thereof. The shielding membrane is biodegradable and rigid, and has a three-dimensional structure. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the shielding membrane comprises the steps of : (1) dissolving a biodegradable polymer and ceramic in a mixed solvent comprising methylene chloride and ethyl acetate to prepare a biodegradable polymer solution; (2) compressing the biodegradable polymer solution in a molding frame and then drying it. The method optionally comprises a step of dissolving or dispersing a therapeutically effective amount of a drug before carrying out the step (2). The biodegradable polymer comprises a natural polysaccharide, copolymer and synthetic polymer and is contained in a range of 5-10 wt% on the basis of the mixed solvent.
