PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) signal subtraction circuit using a half wavelength transmission line is provided to improve IMD(InterModulation Distortion) by regularly maintaining the subtraction amount at a wideband. CONSTITUTION: An RF signal subtraction circuit consists of the first input terminal, the second input terminal, a primary RF transformer, the first resistor, the second resistor, a half wavelength transmission line, and a secondary RF transformer. The first input terminal inputs the first input signal. The second input terminal inputs the second input signal. The primary RF transformer is connected between the first input terminal and the second input terminal. The first resistor, of which one end is connected to the first input terminal, has the characteristic impedance of the half wavelength transmission line. The second resistor, of which the other end is connected to the first input terminal, has the characteristic impedance of the half wavelength transmission line. The half wavelength transmission line is connected between the first resistor and the second resistor. The secondary RF transformer is connected to a ground terminal and an output terminal.
